How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then select Remembrily. Premium is billed through Apple, so it's managed there rather than inside the app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it — people, occasions, wish lists, gift history, and photos — immediately, and cannot be undone. It does not cancel an active Premium subscription; cancel that separately in Apple ID → Subscriptions.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free includes up to 10 people, full occasion tracking and reminders, the complete approval workflow, wish lists and favorites, gift suggestions, and one active share link — no card required. How does AutoPilot work?
AutoPilot has three modes, and it always respects each person's gifting preference. Manual (the default): you approve every gift yourself. Semi-Auto: free, message-class gifts like texts and digital cards send automatically, while anything with a cost still waits for your approval. Auto-Gift: also auto-approves purchases under a budget cap you set — named clearly because real money can be involved.
Do gift purchases use Apple's in-app purchases?
No. Paid gifts like gift cards are real-world goods charged to your saved card via Stripe, separate from Apple's in-app purchase system. Only the Premium subscription itself is an in-app purchase.
Can the person I'm sending a gift to see my account?
No. A share link only shows the specific person a form to fill out their own favorites or wish list, after agreeing to a consent notice. They never see your account, your other people, or anything else in Remembrily — and they can remove what they submitted at any time.
Is my data sold or used for advertising?
No. Remembrily has no ads, doesn't sell data, and doesn't track you across other apps or websites. See the full privacy policy for details.
